Precast concrete structures have been increasingly favoured by the New Zealand construction industry since the 1960’s. There is an abundance of raw materials found in this country, and these units can easily be produced off-site and transported for on-site assembly. They represent cost-effective production, fast construction, and efficient management of limited site space.
